Shipping Policy - the basics
All stone fireplace surround and other cast stone product orders are shipped via our reliable freight partners. We purchase additional services at no cost to you to ensure a convenient delivery experience. This includes delivery by appointment, and liftgate delivery as well. You will be asked to provide a point of contact so that the freight company to facilitate the delivery appointment directly with you. Liftgate service means that unloading equipment is unnecessary unless the delivery address is inaccessible via pallet jack, which the driver uses with the lift gate to unload your order crate and move it to a safe area such as a garage or covered porch.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
All purchases can be picked up in-store or at our warehouse location; contact us to schedule an appointment. Pickups are available by appointment only.
Free Shipping
We offer free freight shipping on all orders. Shipping is by freight with appointment and liftgate delivery, meaning the delivery company will contact you once the order is in your locality and set up a time to deliver your order directly to you. The delivery truck will have a liftgate, which means no unloading equipment is necessary unless the area is inaccessible by pallet jack, which is what the driver has to be able to move the products crate to a safe area such as a garage if access is free and clear.
DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?
International Delivery is not available at this time.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Damaged order replacement is available only if the customer rejects the delivery as damaged and does not accept delivery if any damage is present. If damage is visible on the exterior of the pallet of the shipment crate, the customer is required to open the crate and inspect the damage BEFORE accepting delivery. Accepted delivery items will not be replaced if damaged
